| Wanda K.W. Ebright, Artistic Director of The Wanda Project, coordinates the Dance Major Program at Coker College in Hartsville, SC, where she is a tenured Associate Professor of Dance. She holds a BA in French from Memphis State University and an MFA in Dance Performance and Choreography from Florida State University. Ms. Ebright teaches all levels of classical ballet, pointe, Graham-based modern, and jazz techniques, as well as courses in composition and dance history. Wanda has performed with Memphis Classical Ballet, River City Ballet of Memphis, and Schmaltz Broadway Revue Cabaret Troupe, and her training includes study at the Alvin Ailey American Dance Center, Nashville Ballet, and Charleston Ballet Theatre. She served three years as a Regional Representative on the Board of the South Carolina Dance Association (SCDA), and is currently Past President of that organization. She has choreographed for Columbia Classical Ballet, and is an active guest teacher and choreographer. |
